1. General conditions of Sale;

Each order placed with Simpli will be based on the General Conditions of Sale. These apply to the exclusion of all other conditions. When placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these General Conditions of Sale.

By using the Simpli website, you accept and agree to be bound by the Internet Privacy Policies. Simpli advises you to carefully read the Policy before using the services on this website.

Simpli is entitled, at any time, to change the General Conditions of Sale published on this website, dated at the time of the change. By placing an order after Simpli has published the new version of its General Conditions of Sale, you agree to be bound by this new version.

2. Registration;

When registering on this website, the customer must ensure that all mandatory information is correct and complete.

If you have changes to the address or others, we ask that you update all personal elements correctly on this website.

The “Create Account” page is where you will enter all the requested data. In it you must fill in the following steps, namely name, surname, email and password. These must contain the correct information so that we can contact you or other eventualities.

3. Orders and Confirmations;

Orders are placed on this website www.simpli.pt.

Simpli offers its products on this website within the limits of existing stocks.

Orders placed on this website do not constitute a binding contract, unless and even Simpli sends confirmation by email.

Simpli has the right to refuse orders, namely in situations of inability to obtain credit or unpaid invoices. It can also refuse on suspicion of fraud.

The data that are recorded by Simpli constitute proof of the order and the complete transaction. Financial data is proof of financial transactions.

4. Prices;

Prices paid for items available for ordering are displayed on the website until the date you place the order. This price includes VAT but excludes shipping charges, which will be indicated before finalizing the order. The shipping fee will vary depending on the address indicated for each order and its weight. Product prices are always in euros (€).

Simpli reserves the right to change prices and shipping charges at any time.

5. Payment;

The posted prices include VAT at the legal rate in force, with no discounts being applied, unless previously agreed between the parties.

Simpli has the right to refuse any and all orders in case of delay in payments until the full settlement of the outstanding amount.

6. Payment Delay;

7. Delivery;

All orders confirmed by Simpli will be delivered to the address you entered for delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability;

The photographs and texts on this website are only for illustration and description of the products.

No complaints of delivered products or lack of delivery of goods should be higher, in terms of amount, than the price of the product.

Simpli, under no circumstances, can be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any nature.

10. Force Majeure

Simpli will fulfill all its obligations and duties. However, Simpli cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of the goods as it is beyond our control.

In case of delay, Simpli will fulfill its obligations as soon as possible, reserving the right to distribute to customers with the supply of product.
