SPECIALITY COFFEE 100% ARABICA

Speciality Arabica coffee is defined as a coffee that scores above 80 points on the SCA 100-point scale. All our coffees are 100% Arabica speciality coffees with a score above 84 points and are therefore considered coffees of excellence.
These coffees are grown at high altitudes and in perfect terroirs, harvested by hand at the right moment, and treated with care by their producers, mostly by hand. The result is the best coffee in the world, with unique aromas and flavors.

Our coffees are imported from small, certified coffee growers, respecting fair trade, and ensuring the traceability of green beans.
All our coffees are single origins, from Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Brazil, Colombia, Honduras, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Indonesia.

THE ROASTING

Our coffees are roasted by hand, we control the development of the roast using sensory skills to monitor changes in color, aroma, and physical changes in the beans. The ability to prepare the roast to produce an accurate roast profile is the key to the consistency of each batch of coffee we roast.
We use moderate roast profiles to bring out each coffee’s aromatic characteristics and flavors.
