The coffee-growing region of Huila is located in south-eastern Colombia. It is made up of several districts with more than 84,000 families dedicated to coffee cultivation, with more than 1145,000 hectares of Arabica coffee. Huila ranks 1st as a coffee region in the country, and this medium acidity, medium bodied and creamy coffee is the result of a cooperative of several producers in the region of the castillo and caturra varieties.
