This coffee is the choice of the best hand-picked beans of the heirloom variety, grown by some of the small producers in the Sidama region, resulting in a coffee with some citrus notes, medium-bodied and creamy. The Sidama coffee growing region has 19 coffee growing districts that are home to 3.2 million inhabitants and cover an area of 12,000 km, these districts are home to over 90,000 families who cultivate approximately 8,000 hectares of arabica coffee.
